I am a reward-based dog trainer in Petts Wood, near Bromley, Kent. I believe that the most important part of training is your relationship with your dog. My classes are fun, so you and your dog both enjoy the learning process and build a strong bond. I can offer group training classes or one-to-one training classes.
Saturday mornings nine-week courses for up to four dogs in each class of any age. Ensuring lots of individual attention!
Course contents:
Loose lead walking, recall, leave, stay, polite greetings (not jumping up), doorway manners, play, handling and much more. Skills are practiced lots of times during classes - and gradually made harder by adding duration, distance and distractions!

Course support:
There is a WhatsApp group to watch training videos to support the lessons and for owners to put their progress videos on. Also guidance handouts on certain topics covered in the lesson.

First lesson of each course:
Which is either Saturday 26th April or Saturday 20th September both start at 10am. This is a preparation lesson which everyone will attend WITHOUT dogs. I will tell you more about the course and questions will be answered.
Other April 2025 class dates are:
Lessons 2 to 9 are Saturday 3rd May to Saturday 21st June
Saturday 28th June and 5th July are back ups classes in case classes are cancelled due to bad weather.
Other September 2025 class dates are:
Lesson 2-9 are Saturday 4th October to Saturday 22nd November.
Saturday 29th November and 6th December are back ups in case classes are cancelled due to bad weather.
Book your place in one of our group classes now! Everyone will receive a goody bag with training treats and chews at the first lesson.
Classes are not suitable for dogs that are very vocal or aggressive to dogs or people. A one-to-one class would be more appropriate (see below).
These bespoke training classes are available all year round, usually on a Saturday. Weekday classes are sometimes available. Classes take place in your own home or garden, or at a local outside space.
Content:
Addressing specific behavioural issues, such as jumping up, separation anxiety, loose lead walking and lots of other things. I can also help with puppy issues, such as biting and toilet training.
Time:
Issue-dependant - a one-off two/three-hour session, or weekly/fortnightly sessions, or both.
