Find Out About Me:

Hi, I’m Sue

I’m a qualified dog trainer in Bromley, helping dogs and their owners through fun, practical workshops, one-to-one sessions, and personalised training packages. I also run a small doggy day care, currently caring for three wonderful dogs (sorry, no day care spaces available right now!).

Dogs have been a huge part of my life ever since my first dog, Jess, a black Labrador who truly opened the door to the dog world for me. Jess sadly passed away six years ago, but she taught me so much, and I carry her lessons with me every day in my work.

I’ll admit, I’m a bit obsessed with learning. I’m constantly adding to my skills with courses in behaviour, health, and the human-dog bond, so I can bring you and your dog the most up-to-date, real-world training that makes a difference.

My training and qualifications include:

  • First Aid for Dogs Course (Animal Aiders) (2025)
  • Emergency First Aid At Work (British Red Cross (2024)
  • Diploma in Canine Behavioural Training, five-day residential (Canine Instructor Academy) (2023)

A few fun facts:

  • I volunteer as a dog walker at Foal Farm Rescue Centre in Biggin Hill—though I’m often tempted to bring one home!
  • Before following my passion for dogs full-time, I spent 20 years as a primary and dyslexia support teacher in Bromley schools.
  • I love being active by walking the dogs, going for a run, playing golf or going to yoga.  And not active by reading my book or watching action films on Netflix.
